Donate to JLA

When you contribute to the Annual Fund, you are not only investing in the Junior League of Augusta, but the Augusta community. Your support directly impacts the ability of the JLA to deliver impactful volunteer services, trained community leaders and community outreach programming to make a difference in the community we live in.

The Arts Endowment Fund was created in 1987 and allows the League to allocate monies to tax-exempt non-profit art organizations. The grants are given for a specific purpose and are to be used in the Augusta area. The Arts Endowment Committee evaluates the applications and decides how the monies will be allocated. Applications and grants will be evaluated every even year, beginning in 2016.

Established in honor of Lenore Harriett Crowley, a long-time employee of the League. The monies in this fund are used to assist members of the League in times of personal need. The disbursement of these funds comes with the approval of the Executive Board of the League.

Planned giving is a philanthropic tool that allows you to promote the Junior League of Augusta’s ability to make a positive impact on the lives of women and children in our community while also fulfilling your own financial objectives. There are many ways to build and leave a legacy. Some of the ways that you can contribute include giving gifts through a Will or Living Trust, Real Estate, Life Insurance and other beneficiary designations such as,  IRA’s and 401(k)s. The JLA welcomes the opportunity to work with you and your advisors. To begin creating your lasting legacy, please email or call 706-736-0033.
